DRONIODRONIOThese terms apply when you play Dronio, a free multiplayer browser game run by the operator of Dronio ("we"). By playing you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle data.
Dronio is intended for players aged 16 and over, and an account requires it. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that what you tell us when you sign up is true.
If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may need a parent's or guardian's permission to use some features or to buy items.
We may restrict, suspend or close accounts that do not meet our age requirement, as the law allows. If we learn that an account belongs to someone below the permitted age, we close it as our privacy policy and the law require.
You can play as a guest without an account. A guest earns and buys nothing and has no text or voice chat. An account keeps your coins and items on every device. Answer the date-of-birth question truthfully, keep your password to yourself, and use one account. You are responsible for what happens under your account. You can download your data or delete your account at any time in Account. Deleting it removes your coins and items for good.
Offensive words are masked automatically. Players can mute and report each other, and hosts of private rooms can remove players. We may remove messages, change nicknames, or block players or browsers who break these rules, without notice.
Your nickname and messages are shown to other players in your room. You keep any rights you have in them and allow us to display and relay them as part of the game.
Coins and cosmetic items are a licence to use them in the game, not property. They have no cash value and cannot be sold, traded or exchanged for money. With an account they are kept on our servers; a guest has none. We may rebalance prices and rewards as the game changes.
If you break these terms we may ban your account for a time or for good, and tell you why and until when. While banned you cannot sign in, but you can still play as a guest. A permanent ban, or deleting a banned account, forfeits its coins and items without compensation.
Dronio is provided free of charge, as it is, and may change, pause or stop at any time. We do our best to keep it running and fair, but we do not promise it will always be available or free of errors. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses or for lost in-game progress. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under the law of the country you live in.
